Tuesday ... of taste!
Get on your bike! After a ride of about 60 kilometres, you will delight your palate with the flavours of Romagna in a typical farmhouse.
If you are travelling with non-cycling companions, they can join you in the mini van driven by our guide Gregorio.
In the morning, you'll cycle along the roads where the great champion Marco Pantani used to train.
In the afternoon, it's back to school... Yes, but cooking school!
Francesca will teach you how to prepare strozzapreti. This type of pasta has a very special name and our "Azdora" will explain its origin.
At the end of the cooking school, you will taste the pasta you have prepared!
Thursday: picnic at the castle
A bike ride with a stop in Longiano for a tasty picnic on the panoramic terrace of the castle.
In the afternoon, a farewell aperitif on the veranda.
Transfer to the hotel in Santarcangelo and bike ride through several manors and castles retracing the history of the Malatesta family and Montefeltro.
Duration 5 hours with lunch in the village of San Leo.
In the evening visit to the village of Santarcangelo with entrance to the monumental caves.
Saturday: a tribute to the poet and screenwriter of Fellini, Tonino Guerra
A bike ride through the Marecchia Valley: we set off from Santarcangelo to reach Pennabilli, where we will have lunch.
On return to the hotel, the Romagna company will teach you how to make piadina. to and at the end of the workshop, you will be able to taste your piadina and crescioni with cured meats, cheeses and local wine.
Short bike tour lasting two hours.
At the end, a typical lunch awaits you in the village of Santarcangelo.
Afterwards, in the afternoon, you can leave for home.
