EVENTS IN ROMAGNA

Pantani Week (12-19 September 2026)
A whole week dedicated to Marco Pantani, the Pirate. An opportunity to ride the roads he loved and trained on, and to visit the museum dedicated to him.

Italian Bike Festival (5-7 September 2025)
Although it takes place in 2025, this is an event not to be missed. Held at the Misano World Circuit, it is Italy’s most important festival dedicated to the cycling world, with exhibitions, new products, and road tests.

Granfondo Città di Riccione (22 March 2026)
This granfondo opens the cycling season, offering a 106 km route with 1662 meters of elevation gain. A perfect way to kick off the sports year.

Strade Bianche (8 March 2026)
One of the most fascinating and iconic races on the international cycling scene, famous for its gravel sections that truly challenge the riders.

Triathlon Gatteo (26-27 April 2026)
An event for triathlon lovers, with swimming, cycling, and running races. Perfect for athletes of all levels.

Granfondo Cime di Romagna (12 April 2026)
Starting from Faenza, this granfondo offers a demanding 125 km route with 1750 meters of elevation gain, ideal for those looking for a tough challenge.

Granfondo degli Squali (15-17 May 2026)
A must for competitive and recreational cyclists, renowned for its breathtaking routes through the Romagna hills.

Nove Colli (17 May 2026)
The queen of the granfondos, now in its 53rd edition. The dream race starts in Cesenatico and attracts cyclists from all over the world eager to tackle its legendary climbs.

Challenge Cesenatico (9-10 May 2026)
A high-level triathlon event including a sprint race and a junior duathlon on Saturday, followed by the Middle Distance on Sunday.

Rally di Romagna MTB in Salsomaggiore (30 May - 3 June 2026)
Now in its 14th edition, this mountain bike stage race winds through the Tuscan-Romagnolo Apennines, offering a unique experience for off-road fans.

Spartan Race Cesenatico (30 September - 1 October 2026)
An extreme event that combines running and obstacles, testing strength and endurance in an adrenaline-filled atmosphere.

The dates of events such as the Alzheimer’s Marathon, Granfondo del Sale, Granfondo del Capitano, Triathlon Cesenatico, and Granfondo sul Carpegna have not yet been confirmed, but will be announced soon. Stay tuned!
